We have always appreciated and valued the work of local nonprofits. We already work with a few nonprofits, make corporate donations, and our staff serves on Boards and/or volunteer with local nonprofits.

But we decided we could do more—by sharing our skills in investment management. We want to better help the nonprofits who work so hard to improve our world.

  • Make regular presentations to your Board or Finance Committee (if desired).
  • Provide information to your supporters about donating appreciated stock/securities, planned giving, making qualified charitable distributions, and leaving legacy gifts.

Fees Matter

We offer discounted pricing for nonprofits, because we believe in the positive power of nonprofits. Our management advisory fees are calculated as a percentage of the portfolio’s value, charged quarterly. The annual fee will be 0.50% to 0.60% depending on the complexity of the portfolio. This is subject to a $50 quarterly minimum charge. For example, for a basic $50,000 investment portfolio, the annual fee will be $250.
